This beautiful Dutch Colonial home was built in 1943. This project was special in that we had to move the original home 56 ft in order to accommodate our subdivision plans and a new custom home located next door. Once the home was moved we transformed it from a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home into an completely modernized 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom, with 2 Car Garage, and over 4500 Sq ft of living space. All elements of this home we’re overhauled including adding 4 ft of headroom in the basement to give the home 9 ft ceilings on 3 levels. This project was purchased, renovated, and sold within 12 months.
